it's me. They don't pay me enough to work barely the hours i do (yay time theft when i can). and we offer free services, so it's like. we aren't losing 'profit' if we have disgruntled clients.
It's from the second entry in this in this, it's a nice little read while you're waiting for a bus or something.
I never argue with customers (just don't think its worth the effort), but if they wanted me to stay longer then they would simply pay me to do so.
