Rizz is generally related to someone's abilities to pick up girls. In Practice, this word is almost never used unironically, because it would be incredibly corny to do so. Most of the people I've seen described as having lots of rizz are usually either a guy doing the worst pun I've ever heard or someone falling into a pool.
