For many months, conventional media wisdom has told us that Joe Biden would be the strongest candidate to defeat Donald Trump in 2024 because he did it before. The claim was always on shaky ground -- after all, Trump was the ultimate symbol of the status quo when he lost in 2020, as Biden would be i
i would have agreed last spring/summer but after the midterms i disagree (with the title not reading the article). i think brandon is the Normal president and normal people like that. as long as they keep him on whatever brain pills they have him on now and continue to not let him off his leash he would probably win again. after the NFT stunt I feel ready to say that trump is looking pretty washed, his heart is just not in it like it was in '16 and most people don't want to hear him whine about the last election for the rest of time. DeSantis is purely reactive, unable to steer the conservative currents nearly as well as trump was, instead he is only able to jump on the latest bandwagon; plus, his voice and affect are generally unpleasant and his fan base is made up of the worst people in America. of course this far out only sickos and losers are thinking about the 2024 election so it is hard to really gauge but really it seems like dems will win in 24 unless shit gets an order of magnitude worse or brandon dies and they decide to run human chatbot Kamala.
NGL I'm looking forward to watching the republicans utterly tear themselves apart in the mid terms :sicko-biker: I hope our big wet boy stays true to his word and runs a third party ticket if he doesn't get the nomination.
I'm also watching from Canada so it's extra :meow-popcorn: for me.
I think they are going to try to kick him out anyways and that is how we are going to get De Santis.
kick who out? i find it unlikely that de santis wins especially if trump runs third party if he doesnt get the republican ballot.
Kick Biden out. Split the party there.
