Thats what I can recall too, mostly the Shelley Duvall stuff and then also he apparently almost injured Malcolm Mcdowells eyes with the ludovico scene cause they basically did it for real.

The Duvall stuff also is like generally a broader behavior with him but most other actors that comment on it seem to treat it more like a hurdle thats worth overcoming to work with him rather than him being straight up just a bully.
