    In South Dakota Christian parents are allowed to not only use physical force like spanking to coerce their children into attending church, but can outsource that cruelty to private Christian schools. Corporal punishment of children under 18 is legal in South Dakota.

    Child rights in South Dakota are absolutely dire.

      It really is one of those things that fall under the radar but for Conservatives children are property to them.
