The public option will be kept running at minimum budget and for profit, while all the complex cases get shunted over, and if the state have to support public healthcare monetarily they have to give an equal amount to private healthcare providers that just shunt off the problem cases. Same thing as private enducation. Gotta keep those billionaire numbers rising.
