I've never thought to articulate it: but you know how people are all like "Elon has more gender affirming surgeries than a trans person?" If somebody was a trans ally and had a bunch of hair transplants, took a bunch of T, jaw inserts, bone shaving, fat removal, etc. then that seems fair enough.
