The answer to this question is most likely a resounding “yes, he is” and he should be...he should be...Aw hell I don’t even know. Executing the bastard is a swift kindness and anything more creative will get unwanted attention, and ultimately it would be fleeting revenge for the hurt he’s caused. Then again...
