That really depends on the location more than anything. I've met several indigenous cultures that saw tall and thin as the ideal standards of beauty and always had for centuries. Geography and what resources are available play a big part in what body types are considered beautiful and which ones aren't.

(I say this knowing that she's a fair bit above average height). Then consider that BMI is a terribly flawed way of looking at overall health. Then account for her breasts probably weighing 3-4 kilos each.
