Lifting weights, zoning out on youtube (which I'd like to cut back on), listening to music, and taking walks. It's not much but I don't have much time with work these days.
Thank you! I'll check that out. I've got a the time limit thing on my phone set-up and find the nudge is often enough to break a spiral, so that'll be helpful

Those are mostly healthy outlets imo, I'm trying to shift more in that direction as well
