The only people I know who like their jobs are weapon contractors and tech people. My sister went into the medical field because she had a passion for helping underserved communities. 4 years later, she says she wants to go back to school for CS and get a WFH job because she hates Americans and the American health care system lol
Probably similar for accounting, marketing, executives, and certain kinds of lawyers. Definitely prosecutors. Also cops have to love their job right? And there are hella bloodthirsty people in the military who want to go kill people, they might too. Prison guards too.

She should check out nursing informatics, it's a field I'm looking into once I finish enough bedside years (it's IT focused with no patient interactions and can be done either remote or hybrid depending on the place). A lot of it is helping to teach nurses and doctors how to operate the various charting/HHR software and doing implementation projects.
