Gatorade was specifically designed for this. Although it still probably has too much sugar.

Neoliberalism is about grindset and making teens burnt out due to overexertion so actually a fluid designed for people who do strenuous exercise for more than two hours is good praxis :agony:

I've realised I take in sugar at a far higher rate than an animal my size and lifestyle should. Some of this is just because I've grown accustomed to it with an american diet(:amerikkka-clap:) but I think it's also because I need my brain running so much with so little sleep it needs a lot of readily available energy constantly. IDK, maybe that's no how nutrition works.

Yeah you really just need water and maybe a little salt if you're really sweating up a storm. Sugar and flavors just make it more palatable and marketable as a beverage that can compete with soda.

Gatorade was my go-to hangover cure. Now I just make my own with salt and sugar, maybe some lime juice if I have it.
