well I have nothing else to do so when Im on here, I just feel like I could be using those couple of hours for something more productive, but I have poor self discipline
Ask someone to guard your device chargers. If you have a desktop just yeet it out the window. You will still have access to slop but you need to be deliberate about when and how long you slurp it
Set a 10 min timer and when it goes off ask yourself if you want to continue or not. And set another timer
