Is "hang someone" an idiom in French? Or is he based and literally calling for the execution of a pig?

Why even have revisionist verbs like "suspendré"? Someone needs to 1984 French language.

  I don't think suspendré is a word, but if you pronounce it like it's spelled, it's a future tense.
  
  It's an irregular verb so I'm kinda hazy on the details.
