I remember a similar report. And since then it's been more and more. I understand the military importance, but as someone who's spent time in refugee camps it's real fucking hard not to fixate on mines (and now cluster munitions).
The Ukrainian government has been using cluster munitions to murder people in Donbass since 2014.
