I guess it'd be ketchup with some caramel and citrus flavor? I don't know of kola nuts still contribute any meaningful amount of flavor to modern colas. This is probably the least cursed nuevo-condiment I've seen recently. Apparently ketchup used to be a pretty diverse family of condiments before it was silo'd in to a handful of big brands.

The best ketchup I ever had was some artisanal ketchup with cinnamon in it.
