Ok, who had cougar on their animal tidepool bingo card?! Sunday morning (7/16) a cougar was spotted hunting on HaystackRock in CannonBeach, Oregon. It was a surprise for everyone 😱, especially photographer Andy Woo who captured these pics.

cougars love the beach, they're old enough to get vacation and there's usually college guys there
Is this natural behavior? Or is this big kitty coming down because of habitat destruction and this is the only way he gets to eat
They are an extremely adaptable apex predator, I'm sure it's a bit of both
