Oppenheimer never quoted the Bagvhad Gita during Trinity, he only thought about it. In reality all he said was "It worked". I do like how uncool older Oppenheimer was in the film, although there were too many quips in the middle.
Oppenheimer pretends to drop the fissionable material to wind up the other scientists but then actually drops it and they all give him disapproving looks
They should have had a post credits scene where steven hawking comes in and tells old oppenheimer that he's building a team
