I'm looking at the cable housing and stuff, trying to discern what's up. Nothing looks different or wound up. I tried loosening all the brake adjustments but they look the same. So I don't know what's up. Tye left brake handle is also really touchy to how it was before so it must be a cable thing, or that's my main guess at least.

So this is gonna sound really silly, but make sure your handlebars aren't turned around.
I've had it happen to my niece multiple times and it always takes me forever to figure out. The brain just doesn't register that they're backwards or something.
