    I wish all Star Wars media could be as good as Andor. I'm still shocked that this show, which I thought would be completely pointless and dumb when I first heard it was announced, turned out to be the best Star Wars show.

      It's because it was the opposite of most star wars media.

      A good script with Star Wars trappings instead of a bad script soaked in Star Wars to make it palatable

        I think it being centered on Cassian helped too, because that character lacks the baggage of say, Obi-Wan or Boba Fett. Gave them more freedom to just tell a good story.
