For those unfamiliar: the character creation in BG3 lets you separately pick your character's pronouns, body shape, and genitals. There's male/female/enby pronouns, four body shapes (2 masc, 2 femme), and like 8 sets of genitals (uncircumcised penises, circumcised penises, and various vulvae).

It's no different from other games with character customization except it doesn't couple gender and physical presentation.

I feel like that's way too specific for a non-porn game, but like, the other parts to this do clear up some confusion.

I haven't gotten far enough into the game to see if genitals make an appearance again, and any clothes you wear seem to override the existence of genitals, so it may have been a marketing thing like Cyberpunk did.

The player's genitals were never actually visible anywhere in the game proper, only in the character screen. Even screenshot mode forced underwear on unless you modded it.

I'm going to have to warn my sister about this now, so that she doesn't accidentally make characters when her kids are around.

No slider on length or girth in this one chief, just some options

I also want that genital split info on just the female Tiefling PCs (which I assume are like, 80% of them)

You'd think but the character builder is distinctly unsexy, with bright direct light on flaccid, hairy organs.

Also you'd think weebs would love to play a futanari wizard or whatever, so I'm placing the blame on the usual quartering chud groups

fetishizing the subject of hatred is pretty common. see misogynists, strom thurmond, etc. transphobes cranking it to trans bodies aren't a new type of guy.
