Like I know it's super fucked up to surreptitiously dose an unwitting mark, but wouldn't forcing a breakthrough experience on chuds help lead them out of darkness?

A chud would almost certainly just freak out and call the cops screaming that antifa was committing biological terrorism or something. They might feel some kind of oneness with other livings things for the first time in their lives but I feel like their only reactions would be fear and hatred.
