This is what dumbfuck Reddit larpers spend their time on.

Far inferior to dumbfuck ChapoChat larpers who would never stoop to such levels.

But for real this is worse than calling Che "red fash" or whatever the worst thing genzanarchist was doing, please grow the fuck up for the love of god.

Edit: if you think this is like a good or productive thing, I'd like to interview you for a project I'm doing on the most unserious people on the planet

The greatest obstacle to the Western left is people having factual misconceptions about Che Guevara

Not really. If someone thinks Che was a big scary racist who killed a bunch of innocents and dislikes him on that basis, it's true they're completely wrong.

Values wise, though, their beliefs are that racism is bad and killing a bunch of innocents is bad.

Um idk what kinda take that is, but the anti communist propaganda and misinformation about Che and virtually every other communist revolutionary leader throughout history has always been one of the most serious impediments to leftist growth in the west. anti communist propaganda has also been actively used by anarchists to coopt movements and take advantage of this deeply ingrained anti communism in the west. The fact that there is so little pushback against anti communist rhetoric and propaganda among anarchist spaces is telling enough to its usefulness. I mean even in media you only ever see communism portrayed as the evil Russians that need to be killed and anarchism as the cool defiant and rebellious crowd fighting back against the oppressing government. Its dishonest to dismiss it as nothing important when this continual peddling of misinformation pushed by imperial media at the behest of capitalist interests always finds its way into the left and isn't only not actually fought back against, but also actively embraced opportunistically in many cases.

If your case is destroyed by people thinking some specific person was bad and immoral, it wasn't a good case to begin with.

        It means nothing

Chapos on here were calling the men setting up checkpoints all over Oregon "Larpers"

Setting up checkpoints with rifles and stopping people is the exact opposite of a Larp

        Live Action Role Playing

Basically dressing up all fancy, making up a fun character to pretend to be then going outside and hitting other people who are also dressed up fancy and pretending to be someone fun with foam swords and beanbags.

It's cool and good and I don't appreciate yall joyless politics nerds giving us a bad name.

Yeah, I know. I'm saying it's being stripped of all meaning by people who use it to mean... I actually still can't figure it out. Saying things? Doing things on the internet for political reasons?
