    i think the joke is mainly that at the press conference last week biden referred to his "vice president trump" and so now trump and harris are interchangeable in the meme discourse

    so i read the intent to be making fun of biden for confusing the two, and then additionally making fun of harris for the strange coconut tree quote because why not throw that in
