28 days without cocaine (4 weeks, basically a month). Most drugs I use I've taken sizable breaks from, but keeping away forever is really hard. Some break is better than no break at least, better for my nose and my heart.

Anyways, like a gram is now gone. I think tapering away benzos is going to be my next focus, in terms of sobering up.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with deciding to view life thru a sober lens, regardless of whether one feels they have a problem with substances or not.

    I support your sobriety.

Congrats and good luck to you moving forward! I've got a buddy who has been struggling to stop using cocaine for the last year. Hard road, especially with intravenous use. He's also at almost 30 days and his arms look mostly healed, but it seems to get really tough around the 30 day mark. I wish you lots of strength. You can do it.

Hey, a month is pretty damn good! Be proud you got that far. I never even got addicted to coke, but still have random cravings for it like crazy. Benzo tapering is a different beast but it's very worthwhile. You got this friend.

I got off benzos after a decade or more of literally constant use. It's tricky and the tail end is annoying and long, but it's totally doable and 100% worth it.
