I can't wait to read Justice Merrick Garland's scathing concurrence when Joe Biden's court overturns Rowe v Wade in a 5-4 decision.

Wait if voting third party is a vote for Trump because it’s not a vote for Biden, and a vote for Biden isn’t a vote for Biden, does that mean that a vote for Biden is actually a vote for Trump?

I don't know how these people delude themselves into thinking that RBG's seat will be there. Heard someone say, I think on ALAB, that she could have died on January 19th, 2021 and she would be replaced by the time Biden's hand hits the Bible. There is nothing that can realistically stop republicans from doing this, it's been their goal forever.

Hard pill for the libs to swallow is that they were in the drivers seat with Scalia dying, and completely pissed it away by sitting on their hands and hoping Hillary would win. Republicans recognized the stakes of letting him be replaced, Dems didn't.

That tweet is from April, so I think at the time it was just wishful thinking that Ginsburg would survive until after inauguration. But otherwise I concur with your analysis.

Joe "fought tooth and nail to get Clarence Thomas to the Supreme Court" Biden definitely cares about appointing liberal judges

That Barret psycho is going to be on the court in like a week. They're not even holding hearings.

Apparently your voting for a conservative, considering that the republicans are most definitely going to fill that seat before next year.

The new goal post move is "we have to take back the senate before we can do anything"
