No guys you don't understand. You NEED an absurdly long career at the most expensive legal schools in America to be able to understand the founding document that decides who is allowed which rights. Only the wealthiest could possibly understand it, that's why all these cops are allowed to ignore ot constantly. The average person simply should never be allowed to come this close to changing how all the laws work whenever they get a politicaly relevant case given to them by the ruling class.
