I think the "loser table" is school cafeteria social phrasing for the group of people literally nobody wants to be around. They're the school shooter types.
She's basically saying the right should put the loser table where it belongs. Unfortunately it can't. The entire MRA crowd is predicated upon it and it's a very sizeable portion of their motivating base. Without it they've got LGBT hate as a motivator and very little else.
