This is my apartment except we got a unit without the granite and nice cabinetry, then a new owner decided to renovate all the units that way, and they just decided to raise our rent as if they had upgraded ours...gotta meet those cash flow targets. Anyway, leaving in three weeks.
LMAO. I see the same thing happening here. Every time someone moves out, they literally toss the veneered flakeboard kitchen furnature out the window and jack up the rent.
