Interesting pieces are the first article where they talk about how the current USSR's communism differs from previous governments desire to eliminate classes.

Also a piece on the Sino-Soviet split and the tensions happening there in addition to a column by an International Banker named W Averell Harriman where he talks about his experiences with the USSR.

Let me know if I need to reupload any for visibility! I hope you enjoy!

Kinda telling that a magazine that's very clearly supporting revisionism and the reintroduction of profit motives praises Kruschev and denigrates Stalin.

nice find! it’s not often we’re exposed to the accounts of an ambassador at large to the USSR. as for his characterization of stalin, I’m not entirely convinced he was so “arbitrary” or “afraid of the people”, Harriman’s opinion here seems influenced by an alignment with khrushchev’s revisionist stance. I didn’t know about the territorial expansionism and border disputes in the sino-soviet split: I assumed earlier was more an ideological divide. as for the other articles, the pictures are captivating, and discounting obligatory anti-soviet bias they were an interesting read. thanks for uploading this.
