Mine was rough this morning, but mostly better now. Just worked out and didn't feel 100%, but its getting there. Drinking lemon sparkling water right now.

Every since Bernie was forced out, I thought I had eternalized how fucked we were. That plus hanging out on /r/collapse too much. But, yeah, the debate was rough. Nobody is coming to save us

I was hungover alllll day. I need to stay away from gin and politics at the same time for a while.

I barely had a shot of gin left, so I was on beer. Dodged a bullet

Well. My ankle started hurting and then the sole of my other foot had a pinched nerve so I went on a power walk instead :(

I'm glad I didn't have enough beer to cause a hangover.

I just got angry and told my wife I needed to go play video games for a bit to come down.

Literal hangover was a non-issue. I hydrated well and got lots of sleep. Emotional hangover has been rough. It's just so draining watching all of this happen in slow motion. Trying to find the silver lining and take the chance to radicalize disillusioned libs, but it's hard. I'm so tired.

surprisingly not bad, but I fell asleep earlier than usual, which means I woke up earlier than usual, so I've been awake longer than usual, so now I'm more tired that I usually am at this hour.
