that's a Fortnight acc? If the purchases are somewhat recent, try contacting their customer support and ask for a refund. Just lie and say your kids spent the money without permission.

I used to play the co-op thing and spent some money on it, but went for a refund after I got bored. They gave me a full refund within days after i told them my non-existent kids did it. Now IDK if their policy is the same since this happened around time the first season ever came out, but it may be worth a try.

That's fucked. Guess they stopped after they went big. But maybe you can contact your credit card company and dispute the charges instead? Sorry if you already tried and shit.

Holy shit, that's heartbreaking. You definitely don't need to apologize - i'm glad you have somewhere to post and hopefully a comrade can help you out. Even though you're the one who has to shoulder the consequences of this, please know that it's hard to blame you for getting swept up in a system explicitly designed to take advantage of people in your situation.

For anyone reading along and hasn't seen it yet, Jim Sterling's video essay on this topic is excellent and has some seriously mask-off moments from the industry that shows they know exactly what they're doing and this cyclical process of exploitation is a pillar of their business model.

I don't think this place has anyone with enough money to help you out. I recommend you try to sell this on ebay or some video game subreddit
