He had several milkshakes thrown at him years ago, and the shakes were solid enough that his feet flattened out and elongated when struck by the devilish antifa shakes

He comes across like a spoiled high school kid making mean jokes about people he thinks are his friends and he thinks he's above them.

Like the shittiest high school bullies (and I've seen like a generation of them, year after year), the "joke" is "HAHA LOOK AT THAT UNDESIRABLE HAHA THEY SHOULD SUFFER HAHA SECULAR CALVINISM RULES"

there's an idea there, 'get one over on those stinkin' lyin' journalists' but he's just such a black hole of charisma that he expresses this to the guy, presumably a supporter who takes pride in what he makes & sells which amounts to an insult.

if he'd just procured bad food and fed it to journalists on purpose to disrespect them, that would be mischief the CHUDS would lap up, we'd probably have a laugh ourselves. but instead of actually doing it he just says the idea out loud as a 'joke' disrespecting the deli owner.

He's trying to be mean and racist like Trump but he's not charismatic enough to pull it off.

Bluesky lib whining about the joke - https://subium.com/profile/kilgoretrout.bsky.social/post/3l26ajngk4i2a

    An exmaple

Is he physically incapable of NOT being a complete asshole 24/7? At this point, it feels like he's leaning hard on the "worst VP pick since Palin" talking point and deciding to just run with it.

No. because he's an always online rightwing internet shithead, which means he is forever caught in thinking "lulz" is funny and not a sign he's been rotting mentally since the early 2000s

    ---

    Edit

An entirely different thread of lib whining - https://subium.com/profile/alexanderfurnas.com/post/3l26avxgruq25

I know it's a pointless wish - but I wish libs spent a bit more time on stuff that matters like actually solving homelessness instead of their daily and continuous outrage at right-wing trolling.

Libs entirely forget (or pretended to forget) that their hero, Obama, aggressively used the Espionage Act against leakers and the media. And - of course - in private Obama and his aides must made jokes about the media just like Vance. Obama and his entourage hated the media. They just didn't say stuff in public.

I agree with the libs that implying the guy's food is bad and only worthy for punishing people is an incredibly weird joke to make? Also I dont see these posts as whining, I see it as the same kind of dunks we make here. Hell someone else here DID make the same point.

Tbh you'll probably be much happier not using Bluesky. It's got most of the same ragebait as Twitter and is not a good use of anyone's time

Kids like that often remain pretty much the same the rest of their lives, but they start being "funny" like that to their wives and kids.

Byproduct of our vaunted Ivy League institutions. Nobody should be surprised that he probably can't tell a joke without indulging his mean streak.
