I remember reading an article in the past about how Scandinavian Democratic Socialist countries have only managed to slow the transfer of wealth to the highest classes, not prevent it. The rich are simply getting richer at a slower pace than other capitalist states. Have any of you managed to see it and can link it? I forgot to save it.
