Its because some people decided to claim proud boys to mean gay men to make the hyper-masculine proud boys uncomfortable.
Was this decided by actual gay people or just reddit? Cause I wasn't part of this discussion.
If that's the case then I wish them luck but for the epic redditors it just seems like a chance to be homophobic towards the proud boys.
