Grocery store by the lower income residential areas? Everyone's wearing masks, social distancing, keeping their hands in their pockets or looking not touching.
Grocery store by the upper middle white suburbs with an outdoor shopping center attached? Source of 3 outbreaks so far. Only about 50% of people are wearing masks, no one's going the right way, no one's distancing.
This is why a dictatorship of the proletariat is the only way to have a sane society.
But also depending on how much a fake negative costs, many people who actually needed, financially, to get back to work might not be able to afford it.
