      I said cook. Baking requires a different skillset. I could learn it, but I'm not a fan of baking, currently.

      I need a stovetop to really let my brain work at its best.

        And sometimes baking requires ingredients that are cooked or prepared by cooks that I buy from the store

        I bake and you supply, and I make the breads and cakes and such for the restaurant that's the other half

        also i can't accept that I'm somehow magic at baking bread, so I'm gonna make a bold claim and say baking can be easy. because every time I've tried it since the second or third time it's been amazing, I could teach you a couple super easy and guaranteed to be good recipies and techniques I've variously learned from youtube or 'invented' on my own while doing dumb bread experiments.
