So "E-dick" means "estrogen-dick" and that's why "micro"?

But what if she transitioned in her twenties? Does estrogen actually shrinks your dick? Like, the organ is reabsorbed? The cells do apoptosis and don't get replenished?

Anti-androgens and estrogen stop the sort of automatic maintenance cycles that maintain the size and function of erectile tissue, causing it to atrophy over time if someone does not, uh, intentionally inflate the tissue for a few minutes a day.

        Dicks don't work that way

Huh? Of course they do, a lot of erections are completely intentional.

Most trans women will stop getting spontaneous erections completely on e, so those who want to maintain that function pretty much need to intentionally make one happen.

Ok deciding to arouse oneself and then getting an erection I can relate, but if the arousal doenst happen it's not a muscle I can choose to flex

Next time you pee stop the flow a few times. Flex that muscle in your downtime. You will see eventual gains in virility.

Without sufficient testosterone in one's system random erections (and the regular inflation/deflation cycles while asleep) stop completely, meaning the only way it's happening is if someone actively tries to get aroused and stimulate it. Note that if it goes unused too long even that can stop being possible.
