There's a difference between a degree of decentralization, and having a party of leftists of completely differing ideological opinions suffering from the lack of ability to agree on anything beyond "America bad" It would be fine if it was an alliance of parties in tactical agreement to uphold a united front against america, cooperate when their goals align, and avoid stepping on each other toes when goals don't align. But creating another big-tent of ideology party creates the conditions for said party to sheer itself asunder as various chapters and sects develop an independant ideological character that can run in a differing or counter-direction of what the central party is moving towards.
