The no healthcare part is obvious, but Kyle Kulinski put out a video saying Trump's drug treatment was basically the regular standard of care, that the monoclonal antibody treatment is not generally available quite yet, but can be obtained via a "compassionte use" request for patients in risk categories (e.g. being an obese septuagenarian.) Remdesivir is a similar situation, but the available supply is much higher. The other drugs would probably be commonplace.
