Philosophy tube mad a similar point one time to say that antifa wouldn't be a terrorist organization. They're not targeting random people. They're out opposing the people who they are against. So unless you use the stingiest definition of terrorism possible, there is some acknowledgement that antifa stops when the fascists does.
