It's Toad and Sarissa from Wario Woods. Not sure if it is a Gamegrumps bit that somehow managed to make it onto the Mario wiki since I've personally never played Wario Woods and the videos on Youtube of it don't have the line but reverse image searching pulls up Egoraptor's twitter profile and a tweet from presumably December 2015, which I'm not scrolling to look for, but......

A point towards it being a legitimate line is the fact that Sarissa does open the match talking about how its ladies first and whatnot lol.

Here's a longplay which features dialogue. Based on the comments on the tweet you only get the "respect women" dialogue if you lose (hence Toad's expression), so you won't see it in the longplay, but it seems in line with the dialogue we do see. It's also listed on Mario Wiki which gives the full dialogue as

Lol no worries, it's usually me who spends half an hour meandering around the web and then forgets to hit refresh only to find someone commented like 5 minutes after I started researching. Being able to immediately see if you'd been scooped so you don't make a redundant comment was the one thing I miss about the otherwise super annoying[1] live-updating WebSocket implementation of Hexbear pre-federation.
edit: also your longplay is better quality AND you mentioned the names of the characters which I somehow managed not to do!
(also, for what it's worth I got the same hit for Egoraptor on TinEye and checked his Twitter as well, but I didn't turn anything up in that timeframe)

Do we still get any of this genre of "puzzle game where the characters banter between rounds"? I realized I only know of them from the snes/genesis era, like kirby's avalanche/wario's woods/robotnik's bean machine
2/3 of those are puyo puyo reskins, puyo puyo is still going and still has the between-round banter btw
