These naturalization tests just reek of jingoism and are patriotically framed to be pro-state. I'd hate if we all start getting fingered and tickled red to take one. Since it also costs $1000, I don't know how many of us could drop a G-spot for it.

    Citizenship test? You mean for migrants? or brown people born in the country also have to take it if they want to be able to drive 40 minutes and wait six hours in a queue to vote in a gerrymandered district?

      I see people take those selfies at town hall after getting their paperwork (they're always put on blast on reddit), and I just think, "Oh, you poor delusional thing."

        Being a citizen in America is a lot safer than not being a citizen. I'd wave that flag if I'd just gotten one too, of nothing else as a mark of what I'd gone through and my newfound safety.
