I find it funny that I stopped following him years ago when I grew out of Let's Plays and only now do I find out he's based
I kind of got the impression that he was during a particular let’s play. The game had a parody of Rush Limbaugh playing on a radio where the character rants, lumping “removed” and homosexuals in the same category. John looked visibly disgusted by it and started clowning on the character every time he appeared.
