I've seen this too. They think it's the idea that oppressed classes exist and should rise up to overthrow their oppressors.
Marx invented the idea of social classes. Before that, everyone just lived in a classless, moneyless society.
Apparently it can refer to some legitimate theorists, like the Frankfurt School, but in this context and 95% of the time it's simply used by chuds (such as Jordan Peterson) as a boogeyman term to encapsulate everything vaguely left-wing that they dislike. It functions a lot like "Cultural Marxism" in that respect.

What you're thinking of is the thing he wrote titled, "On The Jewish Question" which sounds really bad out of context. It's titled that because he was responding to (and disagreeing with), another thing titled, "The Jewish Question"
As far as other possibly anti-semitic stuff he may have been involved in throughout his life, I have no idea.
He was indeed disgareeing with and responding to worse and largely right wing takes in that essay. Still, I'm afraid the way he's being summarized here is revisionist if you read what he actually wrote. I found it in the Marx Engels Reader ("on the jewish question," as correctly pointed out above). It's very mild antisemtism, especially contrasted against the right wing takes he was responding to, but it's still there.

J/k; I know what Urban Dictionary is. I looked up globalist was because it's a term that can mean different things to different people, and I was curious which definition was predominant on the internet (and how antisemitic it would be).
