In that leak about the Israelis preparing to strike Iran (which the pentagon has confirmed was a legit intelligence leak) it’s just offhandedly mentioned that no nuclear assets have been put on alert. Nice of them to just admit it after fifty years of it being an open secret.

    fr tho israel has hundreds of nukes and the capacity and intention to nuke every major city in range if the state is truly threatened

    considering all the incompetence when it comes around nuclear safety, I wouldn't be surprised if Israel controls all of the US's nukes too. some mossad agent probably just casually walzed in one day and took the nuclear football, which was only noticed 2 years later
