Sometimes to protect your principles, you have to abandon them

YOU NEVER HAD ANY PRINCIPLES TO BEGIN WITH! YOU CAN'T CALL IT A PRINCIPLE IF YOU REFUSE TO STICK WITH IT!

but she gives a shit about the Constitution.

What the fuck does that even mean and does it actually apply meaningfully to living breathing people now that aren't rich?

America is like 100x more powerful than Russia, so it’s really fucking weird that an ex-president is beholden to Putin.

incredible worldview, these people should be studied in a lab

The most recent reply to that comment is even more ridiculous:

      Sure it’s weird.

His vp pick fucks couches. I’d say it’s on brand.

The whole thing is fucking weird.

But what’s weird and what governs the future lives to be lost are separate issues entirely.

If it’s weird and beholden to Putin, idk what else there is to say.

Actually the libs at lemmy will inform you that Stein has tricked you into voting for her, to damage the democrats, and absolutely not see an issue with it.

They will also ban you if you suggest theyre doing some protocols of the elders of zion type shit, I guess I should have been more polite

i love the ones that are like "here go check out the issues page on her website <link>"

it's like, they don't know why they're voting for her. off the top of their head they can't think of a good reason that sounds convincing. but surely somewhere on that website they haven't read themself is the policy proposal that an avowed communist will read, agree with, and have faith that her administration would actually follow through on.

Had some fucking boomer irl try to vote shame me last week, going on about "do you even know how a law is made?" My retort was "Oh I know how you losers make laws, you either copy the republican policy or the parliamentarian says no and you can't do anything"

We just went through this with Biden. They'll just remove anything they lie about from their site and then take it away completely.

The Issues page wasn't even up until recently. If you went to Kamala's site two months ago all you could do was give away your info or give money.

What if I hate America and voted for Kamala?

Thank you for having more mercy than hatred.

I'm voting for the merciful holocaust instead of the hateful one wholesome

Great way to convince the folks at hexbear and .ml to vote Trump

Chat is this true? Are we the ones voting for fascism instead of fascism? And yes, I'm both sidesing. Cry more libshits.

If anyone who is aware of hexbear's existence thinks anyone of us is actually going to vote for Trump, they are not serious people and anything they say should just simply be disregarded.

One of the biggest lemmy.world complaints about hexbear is that we're always brigading to mass downvote their posts and comments, which is really funny because we can neither downvote their posts nor interact with them at all, nor could we ever.

Remember when Robert Mueller went before Congress and said there was nothing substantive to Russiagate? Liberals don't.

Dammit, I clicked on that thread and noticed PugJesus was there. Most insufferable lib on the fediverse, immediately closed the tab.

We do have plenty of reasons to not vote for Harris, although if she did magically bring peace in the middle east, I would be more interested in the existence of literal magic than some lame election.
