All words are made up. It literally doesn't matter. They're just sounds, we just ascribed meaning to sounds and there is nothing stopping us from ascribing different meaning to those sounds. If I can make someone happy by referring to them as doe/deer as they explore their identity, I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't. It's not that hard.

We're just cosmic amoebas. We live and we die. I can't imagine being this upset over something that doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. It's just not worth it, haha.
