In a game-theory sense it doesn't make sense to try very much harder than your closest associates (family and whoever you live with) are trying. For some reason(we know the reason) the "smart liberals" don't really seem to understand or care about that.
Idk where you are or what your own health situation is, but it is safe to go for walks as long as you distance and wear a mask.
