My gut feeling on gangstalking is that the community is 50% paranoid schizophrenia, 30% PTSD-style hypervigilance in response to past trauma, 10% some kind of Munchausen syndrome, 5% absolutely fucking real and terrifying shit, and 5% an op to discredit, smear, and monitor the small sliver of real cases.
These percentages are probably wrong (real cases could be as low as 1-2%, even), but that’s my impression.
